Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we'll gladly accept the return of the products.
・Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 5 days from the date of arrival and items must be shipped by customers within 5 days from the date of sending returns request.
・All returned underwear must be in their new and original condition: unopened, unused, unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached.
・Unless the product has a defect or you receive an incorrect item, you have to cover the return shipping fees.
・If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
・Returns that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted.
All the returned item will have inspection before proceed exchange/reimburse, and only for the items passed the inspection will have its required procedure.

・Receive a Refund
- You may choose to receive your refund in the original form of payment or as TOOT Official WEB Store point.
- Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be initiated within 3 business days.
- Refunds in the original form of payment may take up to 30 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
- Refunds as point will be reflected on your TOOT Official WEB store account immediately after being processed. Store credit refunds must be made to the same account used for the original purchase. Your refund will be initiated within 3 business days.
